Bleed the Fifth “World Eater (Independent)

I must be honest I got excited when first heard the first seconds of the title track by Welsh Bleed of Fifth, and it responds to a couple of things: the excellent sound the recording has and the well executed the first impression Melodeath had. Damn, their debut EP has a great production; although I had mistaken the genre they are into as the tracks show a more Death Core inclination than Melodeath; however, and even though this style is not my cup of tea, I have to be honest when I say it was nice listening to the five tracks World eater brings. Well structured songs, pretty aggressive vocals, in both growls and the sometime in clean ones too, drum work is neat and wise, so bass execution, guitars are simple but correct, they even remind me of some Pagan Metal bands from time to time, which in summary made listening to this production an entertaining experience. Thumb up!
